The platform is an plan to promote commerce, trade, culture and tourism between business and organisations in Hunan Province (and Changsha) and with the Counties of the East Midlands, UK. This is a specially set-up service runvia the main China4Biz website.

 

WHO IS IT FOR?

The East Midlands Development Platform is for any company, organisation or Gov agency who wants to visit and do business, or learn together or arrange promotional tourism activities with Hunan province. If that is you, we can facilitate your needs and give guidance on how to proceed, as well as set up the whole thing on your behalf. The EMDP is here to:

  • Provide business members spanning the East Mids and beyond to start trading within Hunan
  • Promote and oversee any educational, research or welfare exchanges between the two sides
  • Generally promote tourism between Hunan and the areas within the East Midlands
  • Explore opportunities, needs and benefits of enhanced communication in the East Mids and Hunan
  • Assist national efforts to promote business and exchange between our two great nations

UKHG, and its partners, are perfectly placed to facilitate these projects, as we have an office and team ‘on the ground’ with local staff and a vast knowledge and experience of the local business environment and legal procedures.
